To many desperate 1 share trade's.,I've seen this a few times on other shares, and is always used as an pump exit strategy IMHO. Don't think there will be news until the end ofJanuary figures are collated. One of the main requirements for a nasdaq listing is a $300000 market cap, with an exchange rate so bad, there's a lot of work to do IMHO

There are many companies in each province with app payment, without platforms robust enough to take volume if any platform at tall, these will be our new partners imo. Example Vodafone took most of cell nets business in the 80 's , as they had poor signal coverage

I would imagine any news on the listing will be pre us market open. Volume should pick up around lunchtime imo.

News flow will start very soon in increments, DM will want the sp to build momentum prior to the listing ,I would suspect a£2.50 price range imo.
