Had a liver scan last month too its a bit fatty doc said .......I'm suprised I've still got one :-(

My cholesterol is 4.8 now I'll take that. just had it done last week on Wednesday I have regular check ups I wouldn't take the statins they cause allsorts of crap for some people don't a keen pill taker ..I've done brilliant my doctor can't believe it either....your a drinker ken like me so we have to watch oursevles extra too

Ken yeah your right there I had a scare a couple of years ago cholesterol was through the roof shocked me a fair bit so sorted the diet out and added running to my routine bnow thats fooking hard in winter I do 3 mornings 3 mile it's roughly 30 minutes but if it's cold it hurts my chest

This morning had 3 large eggs 40g porridge then 6x8 pull ups then 2x25 press ups then hit the bench press heavy as I can do to failure try to do 6x6 :-(
