Fira the trading range on glenda has been moving up slowly over the months we could get lucky with a pull back ..but things are rapidly improving in tbe markets

Fira.im off the booze for a few days give my body time to recover besides its windy as fook outside so no sitting in tbe garden which adds to the enjoyment plus no BBQ either ...just waiting for these markets to do what they are going to do it's looking like a jump up which suits me my long term holds improve ...but if it drops I'll buy a few trading tranches ...patience is key :-)

Scoop no G&T for me cool lagers I'm on,had my lunch done on tbe BBQ salmon lemon and black pepper in tin foil and roasted red peppers with coleslaw lettuce red onion...fantastic washed down with some bottles of carlsberg got some peroni to get through too
