As stated on friday 22p sp is fair, just look at sp over 12months and take market value at present. May be in 12 to 18 months this sp up to its upper limit of 12months ago. The only thing that could boost it with your euro figure you mentioned earlier is the buyout or price war as they have prime sites across europe.....
