Once company is earning and paying its way there’s really no need for share holders. They can be parked until CEO needs money. He will have to do something or say something shortly as AIM fees are not cheap! You wouldn’t want the fees to come out of your revenue classed as ‘admin’.

You can work out revenue on a daily basis by checking exchanges.

I suppose it’s akin to watching the meter on an oil well pump just more exciting as the figures go up quicker!!!. Once the transaction is done it is instant payment.

When someone leaves a company depending on the terms and to avoid conflict of interest they would have to reduce their holding so they have no influence voting on matters etc. There may be clauses to say you can’t sell for 6 months etc as you have inside knowledge and may be construed in the wrong way, who knows.

Furthermore these shares as discussed before could just be transferred to other Directors and settled at a later date. It’s not a big thing. It’s peanuts to have they sold or transferred.
