PDMR anything over £5800 has to be reported. It’s not the number of shares but value from memory.

If he is topping up or buying small amounts doesn’t put us in to close periods. It really depends on his contract and what was agreed and announced somewhere like AR etc or in his T&C’s . RNS not required really it’s just good practice.
