What you don't want in YE results 25 is Sement IPO money. So IPO Jan/Feb and I think you dont get the intial IPO funds until 3 months later (dont hold be to that) so shouldn't hit our accounts until the start of YE 26.

I agree with your last 3 sentences.................they will keep full facts until 31/03/25 for YE results like they did for YE 24 so they can over lap tax years. Spend(buy) spend(buy) spend (buy) need to tie that revenue up to avoid CT.
