Assets value will underpin sp. as of Sept 24 it was around $7.2m from memory. I'd like to see asset value at $11m before depreciation.

Semnets value doesn't come into as of yet so that should be $1.8m (plus profits/growth we don't know about)

On top of the above a forward looking statment saying revenues have increased on all pillars, we have expanded!

I company that disclosed its cash position as of 31/03/25 before YE results are released is being portrayed as a negative. Again placing funds are TAX free.

A company should use all its revenue that would be subject to tax FIRST.

I suppose you you look wait for the positive posts from investors then its easy to say something negative with hindsight.

This could simply be the fact the sellers had performance clauses in contract of sale which would be the norm. You don't meet then you reduce your share, stake/ bonus etc.
