You need to read deeper.This is being controlled by MXCP first and foremost.Might I suggest you read up on them and the directorship.MXCP are also controlling IDE.in both IDE and AD4 there are hardly any shares at all in the public domain.Regarding the latter I think around £800k is available and it wouldn't surprise me if the bulk of that are tightly held!! Ad4 has had a torrid time and has been managed ineffectively and it is only recently that MXCP became aware.The company has resolved cost issue and As I understand it have returned AD 4 into profit. Next stage is to sort the debt out and it is likely that this will be moved to secured loan notes ifo MXCP. NOW a ew management team is needed and thus the reason for the last RNS which I am sure you have read? MXCP are a highly successful team and there is no way they will allow ad4 to fail. Just not in their nature! As the shares are tightlh held the nexg RNS IMO will see these sgares rocket. As ever Caveat emptor. DYOR

The debt reduction IMO will come from MXCP Loan notes MXCP are no mugs and I believe they are not happy to say the least about the performance of ad4.This acquisition will sort ad4.reasonable cv here? Speculative make no doubt but MXC are the puppet masters here so all will be well. Irittatingly where shares are tightly held there is inevitably the problem with mms increasing the spread dropping the sp and other such tricks.Definitely interesting and watching and hoping the mms help me out here

These are just so tightly held. Only a few buys around this morning and already the sp is at nt!!! Any more buying pressure and we could see this quickly rise.Great recovery story in its infancy IMO but only a few shares available
