Mark Nicholas comes across very professionally.They had £10M in the bank end of June.They will need more but stated they couldn't do this till they proved the commercial of their product.After this week I believe they have now proved this so they will raise funds.Long term this product is extremely exciting.It is all about finance now.Last year they lost £11M so a placing is inevitable.Their contracts are undeniably strong. It is possible though we could see a pound next week nevertheless.Thanks for drawing my attention to proactive video

It would not surprise me in the least to see a placing and soon so not sure you guys will see a pound next week. I hope you do just have my doubts.Great contract 're longevity and of course it is a shame we have no numbers. Also a shame this Cash flow won't materialise till next year. A bit of news and the MMs can have a field day Woodford waiting in the wings to hoover up a load more shares to reach their 29%. £150k was for sale to day at an average price of 66p. Woodford getting closer to their objective and PIs lose out. Todays news was unexpected but very welcome

2 New contract to go into 2018 figs year end £12M
3 GP Margin improved
4 Costs heavily reduced and even more after the 6 months
5 Company will be cashflow positive by year end 2019
6 More contracts expected to be announced
7 Flu-v news although not imminent it will come and that will be transformational

Sorry Was completely wrong.Last RNS stated they held 28%of the company.A further 1% is 790k shares so not expecting the sp to move just yet unless an RNS drives on the doorstep with really positive news?

Where did they get those shares from?? If that is! Woodford finished then no reason for the sp to be held down any longer

Still we wait for TI to be proved.Aidan has found God! The good news is WHET at 18p is making little baby steps. What I don't understand is why WRN has not been put to bed by the liquidators and let's all move on.Will So can ever get his first man in court? You guys have so much time to trawl a share that you have no investment in. Why do you do that? Thanks for trying to save me and all the rest of those who are prepared to invest in a young company. As I say I am on holiday and from memory only did the co not announce that the GP margin had improved by 57% and that was only at the outset of them changing their strategy in developing this business so talk of GP of 14% is historic. Of course the Profit margins are low in this business at the outset as it will take a while for those fixed costs to be diluted but as the contracts continue to drop in this will rapidly improve IMO otherwise why do this.

The thought that this is a scam has not entered my head but hey ho that is what you seem to be inferring. I have not invested the crown jewels and I am not for a moment suggesting anyone does so.

Once they get their teeth into a share there are no shortage if conspiracy theories that come out. Unbelievable.Ok gentlemen if that is the right word Let's see where we are when the next 6 months are through.Lers see how much higher the GP Margin has improved as more contracts come in. This is not the same game plan Miss G!!! Yes GP Margins have been on the low side.The co has said as much however recently the GP Margin has grown 57% plus they have had two new contracts. Of course they fing talk about theif margins.Rarely do you see an RNS from an emryonic co that does. I know this psrricular business as I am a director of a broadband co and as with many young companies and you would know this having worked in a bank the first three years are it's most vulnerable.Read the last lot of RNS and surely you can see the co has changed its strategy. Look I am not telling anyone to invest more than they can afford as this stock is not for widows and orphans but personally I believe that this co is in a very opportunistic market and I like their new model. Only 25% 0f shares are now available ie £12M in the public market but some of those are from staff and directors share options!! The next piece of good news will see this rocket as people scramble for shares.Personally I am waiting for £5"And who knows after that?? A dreamer posdibly but you know what I dont think so!!!!!!

I believe it will about timing and I believed at this level we are fine. 1 As for placing that is a possibility. 2Nominal value of this non aim company is only 0.67 so not a lot to concern oneself about. 3 IMO Peel Hunt are gone. 4 More contract news is coming. 5 Overdarft facility not yet being used so might not need a placing as cash flow builds on the back of these contracts. 6 DB no longer involved. 7 Personally I am up 60 % so don't give a monkey's. 8 No intention of selling here. 9 This co is in a great market place 10 Last contract £3.5M Staying long and strong GLAHs

I know totally ridiculous. We are promoting our product in a small village and the school is receiving free broadband as a promotion from ourselves. You would think that everyone would be on our wave length and snap up a local product giving them speeds ten times faster than they currently receive. Hmmm didnt quite work that way as whilst BT and talk talk offer a dreadful service and ridiculously slow speeds they are cheap as chips!!! Pay peanuts and you get monkeys!!

I am a directof of an embryonic high speed broadband service and we identified numerous small businesses and business parks that are receiving upload and downliad speeds of less than 10 meg.AND I MEAN NUMEROUS!!! This is in one County in thd,West if England! Our business is wireless and it has taken us nearly three years to get past the rip off merchants of Virgin and Open Reach.We are offering 100 meg download and upload speeds and we believe our system will go ballistic in the next 12 months.I mean why shouldng it? It is stunninv though how long people take to change from a shit service to an excelkent one but I am sure that Toople will do it through these new channels. Having said that keeping costs low and reaching break even has been the most challenging aspect fir our business.Thankfully break even is anticipated in October. Toople is totally correct there is a massive hole in the SME market.Massive!!! Time to kuck BT Virgin et al into touch.Personally I am staying ling and string here This market is an open cheque book as long as the Toople BOD attack this in the right manner. £1.3M That is a joke in light of their most recent £3.5M contract alone
