I doubt that a bit. An offer of small cash, shares and divis would most likely receive a very varied and poignant reception and, factoring beer into the proceeds, could lead to some pertinent 'lively debates' and 'forceful exchanges'. I think it's likely to be something simpler and more straightforward, if at all.
Shed, you made me laugh out loud. When people on here do the cut and paste job and clearly struggle with basic grammar and punctuation, use stilted English and pretentious references to theory, insult the intelligence of others in an attempt to sound more informed and convincing, it can brighten up an otherwise dull day on the BB. Eventually, they make mistakes, explode, melt down, get banned and all that can add to the fun but they should not be taken seriously, they should be taken to the clinic. GLA not long now.
The thin-skinned, attention seeking, no money of their own, tryhards, blowhards, jobless, bullied, narcissistic, semi-literates, wannabes are always attracted to these boards. It is in this nether world they can 'succeed' whereas, ofcourse, in life they are failures. You just have to filter or marvel at their needy wailing.

Very perceptive, Partridge, and it needs repeating. That approach is a lot more subtle than simply saying eg 'TE10 will be a duster' because credibility is lost instantly. The 'balanced approach' with a tilt towards doubt is much more effective and enduring deramping. Name? Number of posts?
Those references to 'if required' and 'as appropriate' just strike me as the writer(s) wishing to seem neutral and circumspect, I wouldn't read any more into it than that. They may well be feeling the need to conceal and rein in their confidence and exuberance.
