The uk imports the majority of its gas from Norway and LNG from Quatar only 5 % comes from Russia ,germany will be more effected by sanctions against Russia than the UK ,this does not stop the government being proactive and securing home held energy reserves maybe someone will have a logical thought in cabinet and get the wheels moving.

It pains me to admit i actually agree with you ,the board have only lined there own pockets there has been no shareholder value whatsoever,evertything that has been done has been to safeguard there own holdings and those of the new institutional holders.
