I'm not convinced of the story @Hopefullygold . Closeology helps us as it identifies the opportunity for commercially viable mine. The fact that Greatland may not be interested in a JV doesn't close the door altogether. Remember that Greatland is not the only horse in town, hence the link with Nifty which WSBN has already identified.

Personally i think its a given, but at the right time. WSBN has trashed their own rep, it won't take long to build it back up though. Remember there WILL be news next week. The Dept of mines is showing about a dozen tenements due for grant by 28 03 26 - this will tie in very nicely to the next drilling programme.

The road tenement -We know that this was objected to by Nifty. There was a court hearing on 9th March. There's no update on that on the site aside from a further hearing on 8th May. That isn't necessarily bad news - for instance ORCP has a mining lease that was objected to, but has now had all objections removed and there is still another hearing scheduled, so it could be all good. WSBN will most certainly have more info about that, would it be price sensitive? maybe not and arguably commercially confidential.

There are a further 17 tenement applications in at the moment. Now, of those that were applied for earliest (on 7th July last year) 11 out of 12 were not objected to. The award of those cannot be less than 4 months from the advertisement date which was 28th November, objections to them have closed, so it would seem to me that we will almost certainly be granted another 11 tenements on 28th March, all nicely in time for a 2026 drilling programme. The 12th tenement which was objected to (by Greatland) has had 2 court hearings, back in October and 23/01, the next one is 2nd April. So it is perhaps reasonable to expect some news there too.
