Loved reading that numpty, sounds very much like(but probably not as detailed) the story I too told to my apprentice at work. He was asking me why I was always checking my phone thinking I was on Facebook. When I explained to him what I was looking at, he was intrigued, especially when I told him that so far I have made almost 10 times my initial investment.
Well, being 18 and full of you know what, he wanted to open a trading account and put all his savings into BMN straight away lol! I had to calm him down a tad and tel lhim to do his reseaech first, and then get his parents approval, and then only invest a small amount to start with. He is still mulling it over though I suspect his dad has put the mockers on it somewhat.
I was torn between telling him to invest or not invest. On the one hand I think he would make a nice few quid for himself over the next year or two, on the other, would hate for him to loose all his money(though I doubt that).
Just thought I'd share that.
Many thanks for all the info you guys share on here, very educational/informative and keeps me glued all day at work :)
Ps, I'm a pipefitter so I work with Vanadium every day!

Thanks Cherokee, well, I know some investers DO only invest in mining companies simply because they are very well informed on them. Having initially having not much knowledge about mining companies, I now, having invested in BMN and following the very well researched posters on the BMN bb and of course doing my own research, am convinced that this opportunity is a once in a lifetime opportunity (another ASOS maybe).
Good luck to you.

Guys, if you are looking for a 'quicker" return for your money, take a look at BMN. The story is only just begining with them, but they are already 400% up this year. Please forgive me for spamming this board, I am not a spammer. I am invested here(SXX) for the long term. I am only posting because BMN is also a mining company(Vanadium), but the prospects for a great return on your money in a relatively short time are very good. If you don't beleive me, take a look at https://www.thebushveldperspective.com/
Again, I am not a spammer, just informing serious mining investers of a great opportunity, though Im sure the well informed on here are already aware of BMN.

A friend of mine who first got me into investing told me Rio Tinto shares were once available at around 10p or so.
Not sure what the sp is right now but the last time I looked (albeit a few years ago), they were around £75.
Dreams can/do come true....

I too am just sharing some info I have come across this evening. Better to get it out there and then annalize the evidence. Nothing I want more than to see BMN as the world's biggest V producer.
No offence taken Serenus

Wonder if this is the mine in question : https://www.valuewalk.com/2018/11/nevada-mining-rush-vanadium-resource/
So, this guy claims that "This company has also verified this deposit contains vanadium in a form that is easier and cheaper to extract than other vanadium deposits."
If this is true, how, if at all, would this impact on BMN?

Thanks Traa, I have a little knowledge of the mm's and how they have to make a market, was just a little surprised when I saw 11%. But to be honest, if this company can continue on their current path, even an 11% spread, at worst, should be nothing to worry about in the medium to long term. I typically hold shares for the long term (to hopefully retire early), so I would expect to be making 3 to 4 times my initial investment. Cheers for the reply BR
Wow, all sounds good, I will also read all the RNS's. I am a fairly cautious investor, but if what I have read and researched so far, I might be tempted to to throw caution to the wind here. I like the fact that that this company seems to be under the radar somewhat, but only in terms of the amount of posts. I know that may sound a little odd, but limited experience has shown me that some of the most posted companies on here, also seem to be the most volatile! It would obviously nice to see lots of publicity for this company, but for the right reasons. I am invested in CLG, a little posted company, but one that is doing fantastically well, I would love PIP to mirror them. Cheers Burmesepython GLA BR
Thanx for that harhoo, much appreciated. I've read a few pages of posts and am encouraged by what I have read. If indeed the EU grant is awarded, am I right in thinking the mcap would at least double? Surely if it does, and from what I gather, the award is virtually nailed on, would this in turn mean the share price will follow suit? Sorry if this has been asked previously, I will be looking back at the posting history over the wkd. Cheers again for the reply harhoo, very much appreciated BR
