So somebody who holds a position contrary to 'woohoo here comes a MB, PE or this share is only going one way (up)' is somehow dishonest. Ever heard of hedge funds? Companies that loan out their 'long' shares, for a fee? Are they swindlers, because they don't follow the mantra of 'they're not getting their hands on my shares for less than £3.00'? Daft, we're all here to make money, does it matter how?

It's just another way to make money and if you seriously believe that somebody crowing about being long or short on a bulletin board makes any odds, perhaps you shouldn't be investing? Despite my profile only appearing a few weeks old, I've been here for years (Purpleackey) but couldn't recover my profile. I don't think you're a consummate bore Wyn. You do however have an over inflated ego with regard to your audience. I'm not really interested in your whys or wherefores. I don't comment often, I understand people don't hang on any or indeed my every word. If you were such a successful investor, trader or whatever it is you profess to be? How come you have so much time to post the amount you do and engage in the standoffs you cause. If I was as clever and insightful as you, I think I'd just quietly go about my business, under the radar, as it were.

Not that it's any of my business, but, this is a public forum. Why don't you organise a straightener? I've often found it helps release a lot of pent up anger and hostility. Either that or get a room. That might work too (not speaking from experience, but love and hate are pretty similar emotions)
