I can see Gunsynd putting more money into Human Brands before the AIM IPO. The returns on this investment could be equal to the expected returns from Fastbase. Gunsynd will move into a new league once Fastbase, Oyster and Human Brands list on AIM this year.

hat is correct. We are doing a pre-IPO fundraise with a goal of getting that process going here shortly and listed on the AIM as soon as possible. We are currently working with Hamish. He's managing that process and putting together what is needed on that end. We are raising pre-ipo money through equity and/or convertible note at a discount. We've got a lot of exciting things in place. Now we are raising the funding to put it all into action. To date we've built a great foundation and grown on limited funding. We know if we can get funded properly we can make some good things happen for our shareholders. I've attached a variety of information for your reference. In Q3 we'll be launching our first proprietary brands, a premium tequila and a Japanese whisky. I know tequila has yet to really make waves in the UK but we believe it's coming over the next couple years. It's exploding in the US. My opinion is the premium tequila will eventually take the place of where whisky is right now. With Diageo buying Casamigos for $1B my guess is they're eyeing growth in the European market. Because of that we're trying to position our company to take advantage. We are developing our tequila, producing tequila, acquiring as much aged tequila as possible, and then partnering with our current distillery to build a 'destination' distillery just outside of Puerto Vallarta. We just signed a LOI to bring $20.4M in land under Human Brands for the location of the distillery. All of this so we can capitalize on where we believe the market is going.
