Massive loss just before Christmas and as per usual, there's people ramping a dead dream saying "they can't buy any stock"... Don't buy it, because it's over and we've all lost our money. I just love the way these RNS statements are worded like a politician, delivering awful news and spinning a few words in-between so it doesn't look as bad. all you need to know is "not financially viable" so unless they make another hole somewhere else, which will be costly and probably get the same result, it's the end. I can't stand people who try then pump it back up so they can make their cash back by dumping. Games over, dilution ahead and and we have been shafted just like that big hole full of water.

LOL well and truly left holding the baby here after buying at 10p.... If it wasn't for bad luck I would have no luck at all. 68% down and absolutely no point in selling because they are worthless. Absolute dog of a share and it's always the little people getting screwed over

Anyone noticed the odd trades for 5 or 6 shares each? Nothing but buys yesterday but price is still down, very odd. Why is the spread so high?

I think you are both wrong ?? the manufacturer will be carclo - I don't have enough evidence yet but I'm working on it. They have worked together in the past and also have lateral flow capability, had abit of a bad time with their business last 12 months and I can see avacta offering abit of business, after all, they have 4 factories all over the world... but head office are only down the road from Wetherby (near me wink wink)

I don't think the RNS is that bad, actually quite positive and optimistic... But the share price has fallen yet again. I truly hope by forgetting about it for a couple of months things will have improved and we can see an improvement on our investments. It's clear business is doing well, but not well enough to keep the sharks at bay - even after reducing debt.

Surely Wellesley wouldn't make a higher offer for the company if they didn't have the money to do so or am I completely missing something here? It's like going to a jewellery shop and telling them you will buy a million pound diamond when you only have £1000 in your account?!

Even if they walk away... They were going to delist the company for 72p so surely still a win?

When will the sellers be done with this, I can't take it much longer waiting for take off!

Well thank you very much for your reply and workings. I couldn't see the previous days, I had just tried to re cap what I had seen. From the last update like you say, they were selling 74 (and whatever impossibly high numbers after) of shares which was about 7% of the company, so trying to calculate a few days I was no where near that figure and started to panic it would hold the share price back forever until they went bust. I'm very grateful for the 6th update from you as this now means it should be over with soon and we can get this show on the road. I am quietly confident and hoping for good news. I have tried to add up all the big sales to see roughly when they are done as there are lots of big buys coming in, but as you say - this is holding it down. Looks like they will be selling for a while. we really need an update with what is going on.

Hi everyone, Invested this morning, no idea why it's not had as much attention as the others. Hoping and praying for great news!

My dad told me to buy this share. I bought some at 15p and bought ALOT more this morning for 26. 7p.... I hope he's right... Because right now they are falling again!
I had all my investment in banking and pharmaceutical as those are the areas I know the best... I bought bp and royal Dutch shell along with more tullow and all have lost money since he told me to do it... I'm not listening to him again haha!
I like reading all your posts because you all clearly have more of an idea than me in this field and it seems like a good "bet" given the comments. Fingers and toes crossed ;)
