Given the time available in the run up to the appeal everything should ve been checked, double checked and checked again. Maybe a change in planning lawyer for Egdon would help?

I agree Midway And given our situation with Europe I would think it would be a priority for the British Government to fastrack these kind of projects which enable the country to rely less on imports
