Looks undervalued and with a decent dividend looks a good buy

Paul you ask if I'm ok ? I bought into vistry and after listening carefully to the call transcript after the Second profit warning Greg sounded convincing to the fact that all the bad news was out so I averaged down heavily

Greg makes £5m a year at the helm of this company and to me he has dealt with the last 3 rns updates no better than I could.

As stated in the previous comments I have sold out

I genuinely cannot see as to why Greg should stay - where is his credibility after the mess he has created

£5m pounds per year he is paid - a CEO is only worth his salt when he has to deal with complex situations in a business. SP has tanked 1400 to 525 and I firmly believe a lot of it is to do with the way he has handled the issues presented to him

Would one assume there are insiders being paid to update shorters with the current state of play

You only need to look at some of those horrific broker ratings which were put out their in tandem with the FT article publicly shaming Gregg

I think there will be a great opportunity to buy back in here again but I feel we will see sub 500

I think you are better to see the amount he sold around 1400 that may give you a more realistic account of this man

What sickens me is his call transcript he did after the second profit warning where he stated he expected no further issues then boom another shocker of an rns on Xmas eve of all dates
