@Roger65 - Hate to ask again but why are you still hanging about here after checking out and why are you so convinced CTAI will be wound up so that Klarian can evade paying back the loan? Can you please educate us minnows?

@Roger - Very interesting views but sounds like a deramp attempt to me, sorry. You have no evidence that the loan will not be paid back and you seem to be throwing a complete wobble. Each to their own but I continue to hold especially with the Alludium launch coming up shortly.

The extension was expected, at least by me, and I see it as a positive over a period of another 13 weeks. £624k instead of £567k for a £450k loan now payable. Not shabby is it?

No Klarian loan RNS today so may well be Monday. Either way, an RNS with an update will be have to be released shortly.

@Roger, Optical, Kong, etc - still expecting an RNS on this today and expecting some SP fireworks shortly. Down overall on my holdings but very positive on CTAI's future prospects.

@Roger and for clarity on the Klarian loan amounts due, see excerpt from the company's June 30 RNS below

"Further to the announcement on 7 April 2025, the Company has entered into an extension agreement ("Extension Agreement") with Klarian. Under the terms of the Extension Agreement, Klarian will repay Catenai the £567,500 due under the CLN and related fees by 31 December 2025 (the "Repayment"). If Repayment occurs after 31 September 2025, Catenai will be due an additional fee of £56,750 ("Extension Fee"). If Repayment occurs prior to 31 September 2025, then Catenai will receive a proportion of the Extension Fee."

I expect an RNS by Friday, January 2 by virtue of Thursday, January 1 being a public holiday.

Should the loan repayment date be extended again, which I think is very very likely although I personally will prefer Klarian to clear the loan, I expect further interest to be applicable which is still good for Catenai.

Fingers crossed and GLA. 2026 should be great!!

Expected with interest by Dec 31, 2025. Will further boost the balance sheet!!
