Mainly because Vlad did not want to let his company % go for penny's so dilution was the way chosen. I'm confident this company will grow rapidly with the right financial backing in place but fully financed for the time being this is pharma , even with AI doing some of the donkey work could still be anywhere between 2-6 yrs and possibly £'s not penny's certainly not 50p I hope .
