Thanks Rocklawn. No hit man around so tried traditional approach. I have a decent size holding in the company and have the benefit of knowing a small group of investors who also have between them a decent size holding, not massive, but enough to make a dint. I have been trying to call for for a EGM to out PH as there are lots of investors who dont see what he brings to the party. We are at an all time low and unable to raise capital at the moment which I know for definate is an issue with BLOE and they will soon have to raise the SP one way or another to fulfil there raising aspirations. We have no use for PH at present but to be fair my attempts to call EGM failed and will continue to do so until the share group gets bigger and has more influence. If you like PH please ignore me and I hope your investment goes well but for those who dont like him please make yourself known as your voice counts.
I think you will find that st some stage the board will want to capital raise and cant do so at current prices. They are already asking why the SP is in the doldrums despite great outlook and no debt and gas and oil buyers on there doorstep. At some point PH will of course have to go. Behind the scenes I have been trying without success but for those of you who adore PH well best of luck to you. You will need it.
I guess the only positive you can take from the PH show is that many more investors are now on board with trying to have him removed. I have been trying for a long time but with massive investor support I have been on a uphill struggle. Please consider that the company is doing just great at the moment with no debt, oil being extracted and a bright future. The market doesnt like or trust PH and whilst he is here the SP will be on the floor. A new broom is required. Maybe a few more will now jump on board with my train of thought. SP should be at least 5 pence plus at present on hope value alone. Its at its lowest point and we are extracting circa 600 barrels a day with a bright future ahead. Please start to open your eyes and vote him out.
Can someone remind me why we need PH again. Ah thats it, because he always delivers and creates shareholder value year on year. Wake up guys please before its too late. Shares now near to there all time low and no results delivered in years whilst we burnt 20m plus. What next I ask ?
Would be good to see if just one of PH stories can come true. Wouldnt matter to most here though, whatever PH tweets or hints at or says, if it doesnt happen, no accountability, just move onto the next story. You may think its the correct path to take but actually its keeping new investors away as no likes silly stories, just results.
I am still clinging on for grim death and sad that todays news has had no impact on the market as no-one has an ounce of faith in PH and hence as usual the great news heralds no rise. Lets keep waiting and at least we can all agree thyat PH is in the last chance saloon and can leave quitely should all this come to nothing. Why would we need him ?
Not being a drama queen, i was referring to the overall picture that tells you that if a company is short of cash it pays its consultants and employees in part cash / part shares and in my opinion that is never a good idea as we are diluting the shares constantly. There is no reason not to pay all staff and consultants in money and stop flittering away the share value. It may of escaped your notice but the bod are also paid in shares when in reality they should just get reduced wages. Its as share dilution in all but name and knows no boundaries with this lot. Its called taking the p*55
There are lots of silly messages on here but frankly its never good when the consultant is paid in shares as that is a mini placing in all but name and only means the consultant didnt have the choice of being paid and had shares or nothing and the company ciyuldnt afford to pay him. The only saving grace from this at present is that many shareholders may soon think as I do and try and vote out PH. When the next drill is delayed or the site foreman tewlls you they dont have the right chemicals etc and it soits out 50 barrels of oil and water a day, we are in no better position and will need a cash raise and constant dilution of the sp. At present everryone is fingers crossed but if disaster strikes again, please please please vote him out. Why on earth do you need him ? As for those saying a big investor just arrived so success is nailed on, try telling the city boys that who piled in at 11 pence and then saw no return. Really poor at present thanks to PH and cant wait for him to go. Waste of space.
Sadly a few more sells than buys today hence the drop in SP but hardly anything in it and overall great volume which is what it needs. Just needs some good news from ph and it may recover back in some way towards its former glory. Certainly a renewed interest from the market. Keep watching. Cant blame a few profit takers really who bought at 0.86 pence and selling at 2 pence but could easily hit double digits if news arrives on funding and results.
