...all round I'm sure we would all agree, great to see a nice jump but surprising aswell....is news leaking we are close to first oil? .. are Delek crunching numbers? ...the oil price is stable @56.5 bucks so that wasn't lifting us today. I think momentum should carry us through the £ tomorrow albeit by a couple of pence and settle there for next leg up.

But guess what....ONE LESS BLOODY DAY UNTIL FIRST OIL HEY BB!! you said it buddy! :-0 There may well be a delay ...there might not..... as I would assume they would have checked and double checked everything this time before opening the taps. If there is to be no further delays and oil flows next week its got to have a 10%-15% uplift on the current SP imho Can I just add one very important thing... .I wouldn't want to be out over the weekend! :-)

Definitely not a time to be out IMHO....depending on first initial levels of production from FPF1 ...I'm still expected short term 10-15% upside from here...not a ramp just my own estimates...could be (3-5k)bpd maybe a tad higher. Fence sitter may pile in over next day and a half to push this through the magical £ barrier.

If oil ticks higher over the next few weeks I expected us to follow regardless of news (which shouldn't be to far behind)......talks of an early new year spike to $60 must surely have us knocking at the door of the £ or just past ...once again OPEC chatter will decide the direction.

Never intended to hurt you my dear Mostyn....come on let's just agree to disagree on certain points. Nobody knows what's around the corner and yes anything could happen to the rig, electrics...pipe work...a hole in the bow of a tanker...god knows....but all those aside the fact is we are getting closer every day to increasing our production and with the OPEC circus seemingly playing ball ...all in all it should have a positive effect on our SP and my personal view is there is very much more near term upside than down......I could be wrong but that's how I see it. 👍

...if we do get news that oil is flowing from FPF1 any day now we will be flying past the £ Mark as its only 5% away? Personally I See more like a 20% jump but I don't want to be attacked for be toooooooo optimistic! 👍

....this morn and another day closer to news. Oil expected to rally in the first part of 2017 ....perfect timing for us 📈

250 bucks next month ..wow....I was hoping for almost $60 ..but Il have some of that!.........but 15 quid a share is a tad optimistic even for my ramptasic view but hey il run with it 👍 Come on Mostyn...lets start the new year afresh..we should all be hoping the JB issue is almost rectified and first oil from FPF1 will be flowing very soon.

Yes mostyn I did as comments like yours ..especially as the Juction box delay had already rocked the sp...could send shock waves to investors who would just sell for fear of a massive imminent slide which would then trigger feck knows how many stop losses and accelerate the decline. You cannot compare my wishful comments to your dangerous comments.

Lighten up Vlad for gods sake...a few light hearted posts hoping for a blue finish or saying I think the 80's are history are not to be taken seriously and if there are investors out there buying or selling based on comments on here then they need their heads testing and shouldn't be investing in anything except mental health treatment.
