We should all be relaxing and looking forward to next month...new year..new start for OEX .... And once these talks are over we will be well past 1p and preparing for a drilling campaign....exciting times for OEX

Ajax me old mucker... I see oil is tanking again down nearly 4.5% ....it was 80bucks a few months ago

These smaller oilys seem to do that and many give up hope...I jumped out a Dana Pet at the wrong time....it cos me dearly. It's only this court case saga holding this back...in a few weeks we will be on our way....6 months time we will be kicking ourselves for not filling up @ .35!

Sorry Yuri I cant see this dipping anymore...and not into the .2's...... I may be wrong but honestly mate I cant see it...support seems way to strong and it bounces of the .33 every time.

I'd be nervous if I was sitting on the fence waiting for a better entry price, we all know talks are still ongoing but in reality they could come to a agreement at any time now as I'm sure both side want to crack on with drilling in 2019.

My view on the relisting is much depends on the IPO. I would expect (& hope) that many firms in the banking/finance sector would be interested in taking a chunk of these and id bet these are the firms CP has be talking to...quite possibly heavy interest from India..... and if we are heavily over subscribed at say 3.5p then the company may issue the extra shares to settle the demand....if not it will probably be a sharp rise to say 4.5 -5p as the ones who lost out pile in as quick as possible.

Not wishing to brag but ive got well over £150k tied up and i thought it was gone for ever so i for one will not be wanting to get my cash out as i want to be in at the beginning of this and wont consider selling any until 10p is breached...nobody ever achieved anything without taking a risk..and the riskier the bet the bigger the reward.

If some here are cash desperate then cash out as soon as you can but im going to let this one roll... my view is if it takes off it there will be offers flooding in to CP to take it off his hands by a major bank or Finance house before it gets too pricey...but still at a pretty premium.

Looks to me this is trying very hard to go blue...come on baby lets have it!

They cant keep this down..thepotential upside is way to big....fill your boots and be merry...once into the new year in a few weeks this will all be sorted and drilling will be on the agenda...time flyes!

This is drifting due to the wider market.... Still going to a one of the best performing stocks of early 2019... Everyone has their entry point ....this is the low end for sure.

If your there bigmj this would be very helpful to clear this up for us...you can be the leading light with the new found investor interaction the company is so keen to get up and running... We can all agree past communication with PI's has not been Lions strong point.

I just wish the wider market would accept that... Scenario 2 is my favourite! :-0

Will LION shares now become Tally shares?

Is the 3.5p expected relist price accurate or set in stone for IPO

Do we still need the gold mines in India & Finland now we are becoming a banking platform...wouldn't the cash from selling the mines be helpful for working capital at tally?

They may transfer shares to Tally if it's going to be a separate company... Does that leave LION as a shell company?.... ( or mining company) .... If so it makes a mockery of the suspension and delist as we were apparently having a fundamental change of business when in reality the directors are simply starting another company?? .... So surely if LION is going to trade as a separate company we could come back sooner!! CP needs to clairify this.
