PH will want to keep the new backers happy with their investment... updates on all fronts will be in short succession to keep sentiment flowing and prove to all the promises made are not hot air... I bet they are already crunching numbers on buyout targets and they will be speeding up the storage capacity issue. Honestly its looking very very bright indeed for the coming months ahead chaps....My view is buy & hold.

Looks like this is all about to explode...more news to come on many fronts..i did mention Acquisitions in my posts last night which opens up a world of possibilities never previously thought of here.

So all in all...…

Plenty of support shown by speed and full take up of bookbuild
Cash flow to ramp up production to 5000bopd (about £10.5m per month revenue)
Cash for aquasisitions
No debt
No other placing required as income revenue will build rapidly.

The only down side is....... i dont have enough of these shares!!!!!!!!

Maestro1... You forgot to mention if these other oilys producing 8k per day have any debt dragging them down??... We have nothing here...just a million a month ...and that would be way more if we had somewhere to store it!

I'm not misleading anybody...I'm simple saying that's where I think this will be considering today's RNS.. If you or anyone else here doesn't agree that's fine with me. The Oil and Gas wells we are speeding towards will give us plenty income...more than 10times today's revenue... Who's to say we don't buy further acreage or make an aquisition along the way??? 50p is well within reach I'd say.

If there is any discount it will be 10% max...so 1.2p down from today... This has been walked down from 17p last week so plenty discount to entry price already factored in... £12m is nothing...1 months income once we are in full flow production. This raise is to "accelerate" the cash generation operation which we are enjoying at present... Not a " oh no we are skint and can't afford to keep exploring" call.

Massive difference. ....My original hope for 50p by year end is now looking ridiculously low. Crack on PH.

5000barrels per day production is £10.5m per month...that's excluding the Gas!... Why wouldn't you if you know what you have. I'm soooooo looking forward to see this go through...£12m is nothing on the grand scale chaps do the maths come on!

PH knows what he's sitting on in Georgia... Why plod along at a snails pace when I bet offers of funds have been made hence the book build not normal capital raise.... He wants this fast tracked and multiple drill site activated and Gas targets explored and developed ASAP.

I'm delighted he is moving this on... Imagine u want to sell your house but it needs 50k worth of work... Do u plod along spending your monthly wage doing it or borrow 50k and get it done in few weeks... Sell up..make a packet on your place then pay off the 50k. Same principle but the oil and gas will give us a massive income per month...still no debt.
