Certain of the Directors and an employee considered a PDMR have indicated an intention to place orders for, in aggregate, Placing Shares with an aggregate value of GBP20,000 via the Placing and certain of the Directors have indicated an intention to place orders to subscribe for, in aggregate, Broker Option Shares with an aggregate value of up to GBP40,000 via the Broker Option.

L2.. got 2 mm's @ 220 and 1 @230 rising later for sure.

...that's caused a panic this morn was the sellers crapping themselves and bailing out without either fully reading or understanding the RNS.... the MM's exacerbated & took advantage of the nervous activity which is pretty much what they do in any situation good or bad. This is still a £3 share In my book and will increase as news arrives... panic buying and selling pi's cause these swings not the company or MM's.

….will be massively over subscribed imho... and when they announce that they had to turn cash away this will rocket.. we now have ii's on board which some companies would kill to have so any further raises in the years to come wont be a problem so no more funding issues to worry about.... add that to the news on CE certification and everything else in the pipeline we are well well undervalued..even @£3 imho

the only ones robbed..who weren't actually robbed.. were the ones who panicked and gave away their shares @ 156 or there abouts...who have now probably bought back in at a 25% premium. madness.

This placing was done for the benefit of the company and its shareholders.....US!

We now have the cash to crack on with our massive manufacturing capability and we keep more of the profits and we are not 100% reliant on major stumping up all the cash …. we are now self sufficient and will be MORE PROFITABLE!!

..and the sp was 60p at the time of the placing...look where it is now!

Lucky Luciano... you failed to understand or you are choosing to ignore the fact that this was arranged over a week ago when the SP was in the 80's (last week in Apr) ….that's when the deal was done with the II's... not this morning when we touched £3...do you think the CEO just picked up the phone at 9am and said Hey institutions do you want some cheap shares for 80p we need a few quid in the coffers... and they said yeah cool il have £7mill worthy please matey. Jesus if you cant understand that you really shouldn't be here chap.

….the talks for these must of taken place a few week ago when the SP was around that 80p level... just because the price has shot up they cant go back to the II's and say its now £2.00 placing...
We should be celebrating the II's have invested and they will want to see GDR shine so forget the panic... ive topped up again @170 as this is even more of a bargain.. I was happy to pay 2.50 this morn but couldn't get it.. so why would in not top up @170 just because an institution got there £7m worth of shares @80p...when the shares were actually 80p.. its like a late reported buy if you think about it.

MEM... newbies get cared and bail...They don't understand the RNS and just see the figure 80..they get fleeced and the savvy buy them up. we have plenty news in the pipeline to see us way past the £3.

Many don't realise we should be delighted at the fact the II's are now happy to pile in as they see where GDR is going.

They wanted to let the ii in on the cheap.... its a tiny amount of shares and we now have the cash to go forward and ramp up production and keep more profits for ourselves. This will be back over £2 later...ive added more and sitting back, the best news here is yet to arrive. Don't give your shares away...madness.
