I'm going to wait to see what happens in Q1 before firing off any letters... no I'm not daft.... i just want to give them one last chance to relist as I'm sure many others do....but any negative press between now and then will only further damage what slim chance we have to getting back to market. CP knows this is his last chance to get this show back on the road and he knows shareholders wont tolerate any more BS... this is the last roll of the dice for him here ... anymore BS and its the legal route for many of us if he fails to deliver.

I will be happy to see this settled in the 2/3p level in the last days of trading tis year
