Ryder Scott Resource Report

Earlier this year, COPL commissioned Ryder Scott to conduct a Canadian NI 51-101 compliant resource assessment of the major discovery the Company announced to the market in January 2022 its assessment of an estimated total reservoir volume of 1.5-1.9 billion barrels of Oil in Place ("OIP"), of which 1.2-1.6 billion barrels of OIP underlays COPL lands. The Company expects Ryder Scott to confirm these findings when it publishes the report next week.

I think we can all agree the deal for CUDA is good but this is another kick in the nuts for holders.
Let’s hope we get that RS report pronto to get us back in the 20s in a hurry.
Immense frustration as just as we are on the cusp of glory a curve ball gets chucked in again…
And as for our supportive investor yes they are ponying up cash but at huge detriment to existing holders…

Just feeling deflated tbh felt like we were on the cusp of a massive re rate and once again it’s snouts in the trough.
Perhaps if Ryan had bought some stock at a higher price like Art he’d think twice before constantly having shareholders pants down.

Not arsed about the bond but it’s the confetti that once again goes with it. The ‘supportive shareholder was no doubt dumping their stock knowing that they could buy back any time they want on warrants.

Tilburn well put as ever. RBL on booked reserves but could the ‘delay’ be letting our RBL provider see the draft copy of the RS report that is being ‘reviewed’ to see what’s coming and also to be able to fund and accelerated deep drill program

What’s gone on here imho irs a chicken and egg scenario

1 receiver wants proof of monies to complete acquisition
2. RBL provider wants CUDA acquisition done before agreeing to lend on increased reserve base

So we get the bridging loan to provide proof of funds and now as deal done the RBL provider has agreed to clear the original wonga deal plus bridging loan and hopefully funds for drilling during summer.

MMS not daft they and the shorts have been given notice the p9ss take in the SP is almost over

These lot will try and work overtime to relieve you of your shares.
There is now a very strong likely hood that RBL will come or at least be agreed the same time as CUDA closing o would imagine that due to increased reserves they can up the amount borrowed and hence cover the cash component with RBL monies if required

RBL is imminent

The Cuda Acquisition will conclude one of the Company's publicly stated strategic objectives soon and on closing the Cuda Acquisition, the Company is positioned with an increased interest in its currently operated United States assets. The Company is progressing its strategic objective of senior debt refinancing by way of a Reserve Based Loan in tandem with the Acquisition process. The Cuda assets are expected to be contributed to the Company's asset-based borrowing base.

1 week extension looks to me like we may well get the RBL at same time of closing
