With pants round their ankles here....from the RNS...Shut in should now be completed and a max flow test figure should be produced shortly thereafter ...SS does like a naughty intraday RNS so don't rule one out here...

Let's hope that we get something in the next quarterlies, if we don't its odds on a placing I would imagine Aug/Sept.
You say a small placing, but it cannot be small simply because of the high cash burn we have. I would say a placing would be for around 2 million quid. Assuming a discount to market that would equate to something like 666 million shares @ 0.3p a share....and would keep the lights on here for another 8 months or so......some much needed breathing space for art so we can get this blasted approval.

That would still not make us have a tremendous amount of shares in issue (far less than UKOG for example) but would reduce the no of bags when the approval finally lands.....in there own sweet time.

So yes they do, but they also know that this will rocket if/when approval comes through so will not put the boot in properly.
That's why, unless he had been given the nod I believe he should do the following:-

Do the placement now, get the elephant out the room

Have a serious look at cash burn its ridiculous - seriously WTF are these guys doing, well design must have been done some time ago. Art may want us to be mid-tier company but we ain't yet. He needs to take shares in lieu of salary and release the contract staff who I presume are doing sweet FA right now.

After a 24hr shut in, the next flow rate announced should be a peak(optimised) flow rate...

I re-iterate we have by far the best leverage of all HH plays....2nd biggest holder, 1/3 as much of HH as UKOG....1/10th the mkt cap....I'll let you do the math on that one..

IMHO Art needs to do something.....and fast..
Everyone knows cash burn is high and the snail pace progress on the admin is beyond his control.
The way the sp is declining we could be looking at a horrific placing price if he waits another couple of months.
Personally I would rather he just got it done now before things get worse here and ensure we are fully funded into next year.

UKOG Have 33% of HH, we have 11%...
Ukog market cap 130 mill, Alba 13 mill....

So for having 3 times as much of HH, UKOG mkt cap 10x that of Alba...

This needs a serious re rate.....

Held the rise today...still was absorbed well and plenty of upside here on easily the best placed HH stock....not to mention the other assets..

Of course it should be but looks like last few sub 0.4 buyers being rinsed on way up...
Any decent volume here and this moves big time..
