This is what interests me so 10 mill due in feb. They have just over 2 mill plus funds from liftings. You have to expect a placing and or OOAs previously announced on 30 August 2019, Lekoil is required to pay Optimum Petroleum Development Company Limited ("Optimum") sunk costs and consent fees by February 2020 - a payment estimated at c. US$10 million. LEKOIL is also required to show its ability by February 2020 to raise 42.86 per cent. of the drilling costs for one appraisal well, which is estimated to be c.US$28 million.

Need a reset. It was dodgy when they hash their equity share from afren revoked with no refund and then paid more than the operator for upfront fees. Feels like an elaborate attempt to remove them from the asset.

Rather than afren seems more like adm, but the diff there was the sheik actually orchestrated the sham for a tidy profit.
The main issue here is the ceo acted as guarantor on the transaction and also got a cash payment.
