That HSBC have increased their own holding substantially but do not have a scooby what’s going on with PIs ISAs. Simple case of large institution having no idea how little man is affected as it’s way at the bottom of their priority list. Probably some wet behind ears grad sending out letters.

They can do a placing to keep lights (eg salaries) on for 12 months. TRP are more skint than GBP so merger would make no sense.

Have a look at 88e recent rise, yes there will be selling pressure on any big rise but those that sold around 1pm- a bag on the last placing missed out on a 3 bagger(so far). The difference here is we are not awaiting confirmation on a wildcat strike we are simply awaiting fair value on a PROVEN asset at the start of its production life.
What I find really interesting is the potential for an us yet untested light oil horizon at greater depth on our current US acetate that COPL are already looking into...
