HFB I think Namibia has been a dormant COPL entity for a while a few years back they chose not to pursue matters further there due to geology. That stance may well now have changed and one would hope Art may have negotiated something as majors are drilling now. Exciting times,we could very soon have US producing assets, Nigeria appraisal and Namibia wildcat in play....all we would need to do is commit to contributing to seismic on one of many Namibia licences that are up for farm in and any success from a major drill would send this into orbit and all of a sudden 8p does not sound so silly.

Take a look at HUR equity just got diluted to own just 5% of the company.
I am not saying it will happen here but it could. for arguements sake if BOR did do a deal and yes it would wipe out equity just like HUR, a fully appraised Darwin which management have also said the drill could be adjusted to test an oil leg, would then be far more attractive for a takeover.

Mate there is no incentive to buy here. Just look at HUR. Big oil find a way of making small cap oilers in financial distress capitulate. It’s dilute to oblivion and fund a drill or a couple of mill raised at a discount to pay these dinos for a couple more years

Be interesting to get exact figures should be north of 2000 BOPD.

Any Namibia oiler would go up(or down) on drill results but they are some way off.

The increase in production will be in the quarterlies. No need to RNS an incremental increase yet. We just need that prospectus pronto so we can all chill and begin the count down.

Yup that’s exactly my thoughts, could we see either news on Namibia or more likely US (increased WI) that needs to go into the prospectus.

No one will take this out at present or farm in as they know the company is on its knees and is about to get the begging bowl out (hence the twin broker). Smart play wait for placing then roll the dice.

Ordinarily once the initial excitement dies down and people realise we are about 3 weeks from drill starting and likely another 4 weeks to results the stock would drift on low volumes towards the placing price all the while placees flipping for their 10 percent.

Mate it’s been obvious for a while the BOD have no intention of paying back current bond at maturity.
The new barely reduced bond should be no issue and it’s a crying shame what the BOD have allowed to happen here...whilst still getting paid I might add.

That big rise was on basis on big CPR upgrade to pump this. Now they have nowt to pump it other than pay BOD wages
