I call BS. On 16th March SP was iro 7p (so called purchase). On 17th March SP dropped to iro 5.5p and since then hasn't been above 5.12p. Do the maths.

OTM 16th March:

11:28am - Just added 500,000 shares

12:37pm - Yea KB I paid 7.15 I think for my 500k top up

6:39pm - I see my buy not shown up today.

7:40pm - I couldn’t buy my 500k below 7.15 so I am sure it is a sell.

8.41pm - I’m sure it will appear tomorrow, you can look out for it. Was just another small top up for me, 500k at 7.15p

Approximately £4000 of sells and this drops 11%! (nearly 12%)

The last mention of Avion, in any RNS was 6th August 2025, so less than 12 months ago, but quite a long time:

"In closing, we would like to thank our shareholders for their support as well as our staff, corporate and scientific advisers and our partners including CNRS and Avion."

However, if they were no longer involved, that would be a significant change and would need to be RNS'd. Am i worried that there is radio silence where Avion are concerned? No. I'm taking that into account valuation wise. They probably have their own negotiations going on. They may not align with IMMs though.

Although I note Trafalgar has reduced it's shareholding, as of the latest shareholder information on the website.

Yes, Steven has been replaced by Martin. However, with the amount of round trades going through, buys, hence the slow rise over the last week, it feels like something else going on, perhaps connected to the replacement at board level. If it's a large investor, i.e. Vulpes, increasing their stake, does beg the question, why not wait and participate in a fundraise, which are usually at below current levels.

although we have had a few recent updates, via RNS such as just last week:

After some good profits recently, looking to expand portfolio. Couple of good Broker ratings here (240p - 250p), couple of good purchases, forward hedging, reasonable debt. Not much chat though. Worth a buy?

We haven't had any updates on the Joint Venture with Xinhai since the drilling results in December. Could be news relating to the next Stage (first stage) and initial investment.

@Alexsnowdenn perhaps re-read my post and don't lump me in the the negative crowd.

For Lanstead, it's a balancing act of selling shares to pay the monthly settlement amount. It isn't a fact that they want to keep the share price low. The higher the SP, the more they pay each month, but also the higher the price for the shares they sell. If the demand is lower than the supply from Lanstead, then the SP will remain lower than the subscription price, but alternatively, with good news, the SP will rise and demand will outstrip the supply of shares from Lanstead.

It's not actually a bad scenario for IMM now that we are "expecting" good news.

29 trades so far today, and all but one have a value less than £5 and nothing above £100. Same thing most days. I don't think I've seen a share with this amount of penny transactions daily.

The relevant part of the FDA 505(b)(2) pathway:

They're not "his" methods though, they are the same for any pharma company that are carrying out research in the hope that their product works and is worth much more.

My questions are:

1. If a deal on P140 is "imminent", even if a small upfront payment and a licencing deal, then why would IMM need to raise anything now?

2. More importantly for me: Why would Lanstead agree to this equity fundraise when the likely hood of the SP being significantly higher if a deal is imminent? How much would they be paying IMM if the SP rose to the level it was at the year's high of 19p?
