If it is KPZ, it looks like they may have already offloaded about 4 - 5 million shares, so out of 18m shares, might not take too long.
In my area, most supermarkets have a policy of one person only. I haven't come across any store actually forcing this issue though, but rather hoping that it's respected. Our local Waitrose has the same policy, as does our local Farmers Market.
Or Bird is topping up. He was doing that just a few months ago.
'You can't be around forever and not pay a dividend,' he says.
Have I missed something about a buy out?
I stand corrected
Last alluvial update came out on 12th November (for Aug - Oct) so perhaps any day now (Nov/Dec/Jan). The past few updates have been included with other news.
We've had large chunk selling for sometime now as the equity placing shares were sold just over 4p. Under 4p suggests this isn't part of that, therefore not too many hopefully, or somebody taking a small loss to invest elsewhere.
Don't forget that there is still an overhang of placement shares which have been drip fed into the market since going above 4p, however, with a decent RNS release, there maybe a bit extra being put out which demand isn't quite meeting on the day. IMO this will settle over the next few days and we'll start to see small increases again.
Seems obvious to me that they are sells, assuming that it's part of the recent share issue being sold off above 4p. The fact that the SP is holding up, even rising, tells us that there is demand.
CB has been buying up XTR last week, so saw the RNS and thought he was buying here too.
seems coincidental
Three separate 500k buys by CB so far, and another two 500k buys today. Could they both be CB also? Thats a pretty bullish sign by our leader. Might have some more legs this.
If the volume holds up, any forward selling shouldn't take too long to clear either.
there was mention of an AGM, was this today? I cannot find anything official.
well, you know what they say about 1 share transactions...bullish RNS incoming ( ;-))
I may have just made that up
There was a time when a little mention in one of the Sunday papers would have seen a nice rise on the monday.
491,814,444 shares were issued 28th March at 2.25p. I would think some of these coming to the market are the reason we aren't flying?
considering there was a buy of 469,057 just before, I don't think we have to worry too much. SP rising
just to play devil's advocate here (I believe it's BMR selling down) but they are notthe only holder that had/has over 3%. 5th Feb 2018 RNS had Ashworth Global Investments 5.06% holding, with nothing since (willing to be corrected if that is not the case). could they not be selling down? Would only have to report if went below 3%?
