The problem with Britain today is that we protect the criminals, we don't protect victims. We've forgotten who's been damaged in the criminal act. That comes from the human rights act 1998, from the European convention of human rights, because in the same way that it set aside the importance of being a British citizen, it set aside the concept that if you're a criminal, you deserve sanction. He's still a human; he must be treated well; the crime has been committed. You must not compound the problem by now sanctioning him. Do you see my argument? We've turned the criminal justice on its head in our country. And the root cause goes all the way back to the 1998 act. We don't know what it means to protect victims, we protect criminals. We don't know how to deport people because we view their rights as important as ours. We will allow civil society in the UK to be assaulted before we assault those that assault our society. This is the paradox. We're prepared to fly our jets thousands of miles into someone else's country and drop bombs and kill lots of people, but we're not prepared to enforce our own boarders to protect ourselves here in Britain.

Why do all illegal migrants discard passports and or other documents to prove who they are. Not the act of a genuine person.
