Yes there are plenty of examples of the curse of the shiny new HQ. This is an existing building though not a vanity project, Mark doesn't spend money unless he has to so I think this move is purely because they are a growing company

@ Escape .. have you forgotten that they have warrant money once the SP reaches 80p for 5 days (or even sooner depending on the holders)? Another few million in the bank when they exercise, there will be no requirement for a raise in 2022 imo.

Interesting stuff about their plans for production, anything that has the word 'multiples' or 'exponential' used tends to grab my attention and they seem to have used both terms recently..! Yes it does appear that 5g might still be dropping a few, although will need to be confirmed by a TR-1. Some volume figures -

If they are going to be say 10% of volume they can continue to sell 40-50k shares a day, we might get a <5% TR-1 around mid Jan? Then as uhlf has predicted a Q1 full exit, which seems as good a bet as any.

Uhlf no they didn't mention a new office. Looking on Google maps it doesn't look like there are many decent places for lunch though!

It was a good EGM, nice to see dallo in person and there was another PI on as well. David spoke for a while about the supply chain and how Ethernity were dealing with it, sounds like a battle but one they are overcoming by adapting processes and workflows. Their boards have around 2000 components some of which will be easier to source than others. They're not taking the easing of supply issues for granted so are adapting as it would be complacent to do othwerwise. Dallo asked about a possible broker note / investor meeting and they have taken the points on board, not sure what they'll decide on though. Hopefully dallo doesn't mind me commenting on his behalf. It was a good EGM, they are clearly optimistic about the business expanding rapidly.

Neil was a decent guy, he did a good job but I guess NEDs to come and go. Be interesting to see who comes in as a replacement

Also remember it's just gone thanksgiving and now people will be in end of year mode.. not traditionally a time when you sign a load of deals. Maybe they've got lots of irons in the fires but nothing 'oven ready' to coin the lovely phrase from boris
