Morning and happy new year. I have been informed that an extension is going to be requested at the AGM - notification of the AGM to go out mid January along with the aco****s.

Actually .. the IPO was 29th December 2016, so the year is up .. I guess they'll be asking for an extension (up to a maximum of 1 year) come January 3rd?? "If an Acquisition has not been announced within 12 months of Admission, the Board will recommend to Shareholders that the Company continue to pursue an Acquisition for a further 12 months from the first anniversary of Admission"

It has a readership of almost 400,000 people and celebrated it's 10th birthday recently. It's displayed pretty prominently at my tube station as well as in the foyer in my office building, so it's not to be taken lightly. Almost certainly it will prompt a few city boys to have a punt on their personal account this morning.

I posted here earlier but looks like it was removed, maybe because I put the real offer price up. Anyway, short story is I've had another nibble at the offer - news due soon and I would say the odds are in favour of them pulling something out of the bag.

Yes just trying to avoid any mental biases, the potential growth is huge . Katie Potts at Herald is also an excellent fund manager and wouldn't own 8% for no reason - I'm holding and adding. I can deal with "a number of significant new contracts closing but later than planned" .. and I also look on the positive side of "some other contract decisions being delayed" - they are not closed doors they are still potential new revenue. My view is people have been too impatient here, could be one of the best shares to own in 2018.

Let's hope it's not Mohammed Arshad having second thoughts..he owns quite a few more than that. A market cap of just over £2mm does seem incredibly cheap. If the illegal supplies from Madagascar can be prevented from entering the market prices should recover quite quickly - any sniff of a profit here and this'll be back above 1p in fairly short order I'd expect.

Almost EVERY trade on here in the past few weeks has been smack on the bid. I'd guess Kestrel or one of the trusts invested here have stuck a line under it and will just keep taking them at 33 until some more positive news comes out regarding earnings etc. Anyone got any thoughts? I've got a few thou here and thinking about adding a couple more while it's quiet..

Well the person hitting .45 doesn't agree .. I don't see this as a shocker as it is very unfortunate to get such heavy rainfall in the Oz summer, but I'd rather not have a mining company I am invested in not actually mining anything ..

Have taken these off watchlist and into the portfolio this morning. Seems like a well run company that actually makes something useful, unlike some of the other dross I've bought in the past. Also a refreshingly quiet LSE board. I look forward to more positive updates on their product rollout.

Indeed..I have a serious case of buyer's remorse. Thought for a while I had timed it well but even a �30mm market cap is looking a bit precarious. Wonder material it may be, but if nobody can make it in sufficient quantities or apply it to numerous commercial applications I'm not sure it's ever going to make me any money. Nano materials have made for nano returns so far and I am far from pleased. Just glad I didn't go for the graphene treble of HAYD / AGM and GRPH - then I really would be livid.

Looks that way. Worst case here is if they ask for an extension. Surely these guys with all their contacts can find a decent target in 12 months..
