Update on Morocco Pilot Trial
Quadrise is pleased to announce that significant progress has been made in preparation for the MSAR(R) pilot trial at one of the industrial client's sites in Morocco.
Fabrication of the MSAR(R) pumping and heating unit ('PHU') was completed at the Quadrise Research Facility ('QRF') during February 2020 as planned. The PHU was then used to successfully complete burner tip spray testing. This testing was to ensure that Quadrise has a range of burner tips that are compatible with MSAR(R) fuel, in order to undertake and successfully complete the trial at the client's pilot facility and move to the next phase of the project as soon as possible. Some of the tips selected for the trial have been designed by Quadrise experts.
The PHU, along with the other equipment required for the trial, and the MSAR(R) fuel produced at QRF, have now been shipped to Morocco and will be on site for the trial to commence in mid-March 2020 as scheduled.
Three short in-house videos shot at QRF showing the production of the MSAR(R) used for the burner tip spray testing, the testing itself and the bulk MSAR(R) production for the trial in Morocco are currently being edited and will be available on the Company's website by 13 March 2020.

The mechanism you point out is the pricing of the first tranche, now received. They can covert under a or b but b was limited to £800k of conversion max. The second tranche is not due until August and is determined on a completely separate set of triggers.

Agreed 46, this is a good informative and positive Video. In Morocco we have a real prospect of a significant commercial roll out. Don't forget the Board confirmed we would be making the MSAR in house for the first testing and we know it works. Hopefully some of these shorters can be properly burned in MSAR commercial roll outs. Not one but many as we progress forward.
The BOD didn’t hold this positive news for the AGM. They were gutted not able to release before. A very positive outlook following AGM and today’s RNS’s
I agree it's a commercial agreement to progress MSAR starting small with fantastic potential. FOXM what is not to like? LTH's have waited years to see MSAR roll out and now we have a REAL chance in 2020 to see this happen. Then as 1 domino falls others will tumble

On the second issue our market cap must have doubled to get all converted to shares.
Us share holders rewarded. Max c37.5M shares at 3.96p and a 1 warrant for 2 shares to convert at 7.48
We are now well funded and this is a great deal IMHO.
Thanks foxm, I sent this over to the company and they replied,
IPCO system is water in fuel as opposed to MSAR, the cruise lines are all in knee jerk mode following recent bad PR re emissions so the news is not surprising. Anything Carnival or others do on WIF does not preclude them using MSAR in the future (as the fuel is cheaper) and further endorses the fact that water and emulsions in engines are becoming more common practice.
And that Dust is PROPER progress.
