Sorry meant to type great post Starchild!! Really appreciate
Great post Starchild ??
Totally agree TechyRob but for a PrimaryBid type raise [which would carry my vote on cost and access to new sharholder grounds] the existing shareholders would first have to agree to a disapplication of pre-emption rights which I think needs 75% of shareholders to approve. Alternative is an open offer but that limits the raise to existing shareholders, so I hope we soon get asked to vote for the disapplication.

If the second shipping LONO hits I hope 5-10 p would be easily achieved but hopefully more. KSA would add far more , when last mooted we were 20p and that was on rumours only . I accept some dilution since but then we were one or two trick pony now many opportunities are really progressing
Fingers crossed
Thanks Lash, very positive as you say. Maybe at last we might truly be on our way
Well said, this is transformational, it will take time but now we are back in the marine market big time
Huge achievement
Well written and positive RNS, don’t think it will adversely effect a MSAR LONO but customers now have a choice.
Good point and thanks. I have voted ‘for’ to all resolutions because
For the company to survive shares have to be issued in the absence of commercial revenues . Dilution whilst hated is the unfortunate evil of necessity at some point going forward. Yes we hope contracts are signed to minimise that dilution. Yes I have stressed to Mike , as many others have ,Bergen type financing rather than direct placings through a PrimaryBid type arrangement should be resisted. But to deny the Board the opportunity to move quickly to secure funding when a good opportunity arises is in my opinion handcuffing us. Ian raised cash at a 10p priced rights issue and THANK GOD HE DID. He got slammed at the time but with the benefit of hindsight it was a terrific decision. He could and did do it quickly
Some times urgency is key and if you really have lost confidence in our Board holding them to ransom is not in my opinion healthy or the right way to go.
Best to all
Fabulous news and door wide open for us. TOM got the raise away quicker than I could have hoped after last months debacle
We are wanted and needed
Tiburn I believe it’s simply the baggage of disappointment re Maersk and KSA that has held us back. Today I think we are in such a better place
The team have developed a wide ranging and game changing prospect list that still includes these illustrious 2. We now have Morocco heading hopefully to a commercial application and Utah
The RNS was in my opinion very well written and positive, THANK YOU team, clearly midnight oil burnt.
Thanks Dust, appreciate and agree getting closer on a number of fronts
Thanks BP and agree such a good update and RNS
4 fronts developing, hard to believe this share price is where it is. Only the history holding it back? WELL DONE AND THANKS TEAM QFI
This is fantastic news for all LTH’s, we are all facing huge impacts in consequence of the virus BUT here we have further government support should ANS be unable to inject their cash with no dilution to us. In the scheme of where we all our this is a fantastic result and great achievement from KEFI. No doubt we will get the usual board bashing nonsense but in reality how could we have achieved more with the massive turmoil and misery so many are facing.
THANKS Dust, great news
FABULOUS AND THANK YOU DoN, reading it makes me again realise but for the baggage we carry forward we would be jumping up and down about our prospects and I suspect the share price would and should be much higher.
In addition the last question/answer from the company website dated 3 March
Q: Does ANS have the money and what fallbacks are there?
ANS is a special purpose investment company founded by the five directors for an investment by 15 institutions and corporates. ANS signed a subscription agreement and approved all our RNS’s. If any individual ANS investor fails to close in any particular moment when all its conditions precedent for processes, documents, etc are satisfied, then other local investors are expected to cover them. The Government now works closely with ANS to ensure the public private partnership works for this high priority project.
Q: Can we expect all these time-consuming procedures before every tranche with ANS?
The first step is always hardest.

Agree Boyporche, I think if we strip away our historic disappointment and delays and arrived at where we are now TODAY we would be VERY happy. We are carrying baggage which understandably colours judgment but I feel so much better now than 2 years ago. We have amazing opportunities IMHO, time will tell but one thing for sure we are not going bust and MSAR never been needed more than it is today.
