Hello Andy,

There are always posters out there that will get a kick out of others misfortune, my advice is ignore the noise, pick yourself up and start again buddy.

Some free advice for the future, always do your research in full and try not to do it off of boards like this, there are always posters that will have a different agenda to your own and some will be ramping whilst at the same time selling and vice versa etc.. If you do invest again, try to spread your portfolio over different sectors, with different risk profiles, something I do, is balance them on high, medium and low risk and weighted accordingly.

Try not to dwell to much on things and use it as a learning curve for the future, every investor has at some point got things wrong, whether that’s buying to high, selling to cheap or investing in a company that goes under etc etc..

Fwiw, I think Synairgen will come good at some point this year and I’m invested accordingly, for me the Guys heading it up are very capable and have integrity, something which is a must in any company long term.

Look after the family and health is the real wealth, never forget that buddy and keep smiling!

They may well do another placing at some point, but to say they will wait to place at 70p is just nonsense, if they do, it’ll be way before that.

It potentially has a great upside from here, but there are risks and anyone thinking it’s nailed on, need to do some more research.

I’ve traded this a couple of times and been lucky to increase my holding earlier than anticipated. The upside is quite staggering if the drill is positive, but that’s still an “if”...

This is not meant as a deramp, just think the board today needs a bit of balance!

For the record, I’m in at 7.6p for a reasonable amount and would love this to keep flying, but think it’ll be held back a bit. All IMO.

You don’t find them anywhere, this was a dummy sell that I tested the market with this morning several times, it’s a way for me to get an idea on the current liquidity at a point in time, as sometimes it’s like “platting fog” trying to understand what’s happening in the background.

In short it’s a positive signal and the share is liquid.

Someone is definitely in the market this morning at this level, had a sell quote for 85k just short of £1.65, they’ll be more delayed trades again today for sure.

IMO, there’s a large buy order being worked again...

Richard, was stating treatment courses not doses, so that would treat 100,000 people.

The exact words Richard used in that interview are as quoted below, at the time, this was my biggest takeaway from the interview, he previously always stated 100,000 per month..

“Tens of, if not hundreds of thousands of treatment courses per month, this year”

Dave, it’s 100% your responsibility and as smokie said there are penalties which are on a moving scale according to how late the declaration is. Hmrc know pretty much everything you do, as you leave a digital signature on almost everything, CGT allowance is 12k pa.

Cw, think what the tax would be if the shares were left in your share account and they increased by 200%?, if you do bed and isa it then try to do when the spread is tight.

Logic says, it’s an American fund taking a position and they’re playing with the volume and price, we’re on Activ2, so surely the US boys will want in, won’t they?? It’s all smoke screens and mirrors..

I think at the beginning of last week there was a large buy order being filled around the high £1.70’s and towards the end of the week high £1.80’s being filled.

Once the order is filled, we will hopefully see a TR1, probably this week.

Just look at all those “A” trades in the last 35 minutes, clearly someone is smashing this price down and suppressing it, whilst probably loading up in weight in the background... it’s the same pattern as the last couple of weeks, wait for the delayed trades over the next couple of days to start showing up...

There was also some cash put aside for manufacturing in the previous placing on the 25th March, when we raised the 14m, they quoted the following..

“(ii) the manufacture of the SNG001 drug product and other supply chain considerations;”

looks like we have a fair chunk of money to invest in product going forward and let’s not forget any preorders received will only help our potential ability to forward produce and give us plenty of stock on hand..

What I’m interested in hearing next, is not so much about the news of dosing patients, but where we are on the “critical path” in terms of manufacturing?

This is what we know so far..

- Synairgen, would of needed to show the capability to upscale and produce at volume, prior to the acceptance on to Active2 trial.

- 30 million put aside from the last cash raise, to go towards the long lead items of the manufacturing process.

- The U.S, can use the D.O.D, to assist with drug manufacturing etc.

I think it’s reasonable to assume they’ve spent a fair chunk of the 30 million already, the important point now is, are they ready and can they move at speed.

Looking forward to an update from Richard on production, hopefully it’ll be very soon and when that happens, the SP will propel north at pace!!

I’ve always trusted the B.O.D’s and believed in the science, well done to the Synairgen team!
