Rambino - I love Chester it's my favourite city, I went to Uni there in the late 90s and lived in the city centre, believe it or not there are halls of residence behind some of the rows that are only accessible through private alleyways, its a rabbit Wwarren for those in the know (and with a key). I still visit the city several times a year, plus being life member of the zoo. Its also where I met my better half and (unfortunately for her) we're now married with kids. All from a chance meeting in the halls of residence. Those were the days!

Another vote for HL, I haven't had a problem buying VLRM either through kill/fill or on the phone. Both just as efficient as each other as long as the SP isn't shifting too much at the time. Probably isn't the cheapest but is definately Blockchain friendly.
