BTC bounced off the March 9th and March 16th Lows which suggested growing support at that level which is good news...but for that to hold true we need break and hold 58Kto which will push us back above the 100MA and see a return to previous highs...my nervousness at the moment is that we fail to break that then things are suddenly starting to look a lot more bear'ish in the shorter term with the next stop being around 51k.
Long term trend is still very bull'ish and I'm still holding for the long term but could be an interesting few weeks months ahead.
SR123 It was a tongue in cheek comment and no need to get so agitated.
I was just highlighting another one of your comments about "BTC being straight up" was only valid for a short time as it had dropped again...like it does many, many times a day. I wasn't saying anything untrue I don't believe...
I wasn't even thinking of blocking you, or anyone else come to that, as I'm sure we can be civilised even if we don't know each other in the slightest.
Still hope you make lots of money
and straight back down again SR1234
£2.45 to buy
I understand that you are invested and are keen but this constant "thanks for the cheap entry point", "Adding again at this price", "Can't believe anyone is thinking of selling at this price" etc type posts are all fine but you have also been constantly posting of "Big rise tomorrow", "Selling is over, this is going to really take off", "will be breaking £3, if not £4, in a few days" etc etc for the last few weeks and its not happened.
Not trying to work out if you are just simply trying to ramp the share in the belief that you will effect the share price in a positive fashion, if you are new to investing or if you genuinely believe this posts...
Just some friendly advice...
Take a breath fella...I'm hopefully for a long profitable ride but you are going to do yourself some damage you carry on straining for quick profits like this :)

If you, or anyone else, have invested in a company based on comments made on Stockwits then you, they, need their head examining...
FYI...II have it closing at £2.42
Share Price Increase:
1 Year: Up 5074%
6 Months: Up 4307%
3 Months: Up 3356%
1 Month: Up 145%
1 Week: Down 11%
It's amazing the returns that have already been made and NOTHING goes up in a straight line and lots of different reasons why you should Sell, Hold and Buy depending your risk appetite
BUT...For all those moaning who are underwater on their trades, you should take your decisions in to your hands and own them...not b***** and moan or complain they should do this, should do that, shouldn't do this and so on.
If you believe in the company enough to invest you should understand the risks and trust in the direction the company is going...If your opinion changes and you no longer believe, simply sell up and move on.
Take responsibility for your own actions...it's nobodies fault other than your own if you make or lose money
Rant over :)
Why next week and not today, tomorrow, week after etc?
We have had 6 green days in a row on BTC so far and suspect that we might get up to hit previous highs in the short term and maybe even touch 60k...but suspect we might then have a pull back to around $52,500 area before holding and then making a much stronger push for new highs come the end of the month...
Not sure we are going to be hitting 75K mind you
But of course that is just a best guess
If I've said it once, I've said it 100 times...well maybe 12 at least, we need to break and hold $52,500 to get out of the current range...Then might see some movement but until then, not much to see on the positive side...
FYI...I am holding ARB long term and have a positive view on Crypto as well
Not sure I see the support at $49.85 and see it as having failed to break $52k again...Looks like Resistence is still there at those levels.
Thanks for the response Barm...
As a few others have said (and I have on a few other threads), the range for me is sitting for the last few weeks and we need to break and hold $52,500 or so before we can really think this is in an upward trend.
Shorter term timeframes are OK to give an indication but crypto is so tempramental that its really difficult to gauge what it might do. Think we are in for a positive run but it has touched and rejected around this area quite a few times so resistance is strengthening the longer it goes on.
Fingers crossed for a break up sooner rather than later
Barmancy: Why do you think $50K is the barrier we needed to break?.
Genuine question as I have the barrier a bit higher than that
We are still in the sideways range since 23rd Feb...It is getting towards the top of that range but have had 3 rejections around this level so far so need to break and hold $52,500 or so before we see a rise up again
Popsicle...Might want to widen your charts a little as those sorts of movements on BTC aren't really indictive of any sort of movement.
As we all know, the up's and down's of Crypto aren't like normally shares and 10% swings within a day aren't out of the norm...Have a look at the daily chart and you can see we have Resistance formed around $52,500 or so and lows of around $44,000.
Looks like we are in that range for a little while but do think that when the range is broken, it will be to the upside...
Pepsicle Why do you say Bitcoin is rising?.
From the charts its been in a range since 23rd Feb...We need to see it break $52,500 and hold before we can really see any increase in price
$52,500 is what we need to break through
Amanensia think the question was will the share price drop not was it a positive or negative thing to do...
I would imagine that the share price will drop somewhat but that's not to say the long term plans aren't good ones.
I will be holding for 3 month period before reviewing as I do with all holdings but expect to be holding this for quite some time
