The spread is very tight, quite a few blues were sells

the 2.11's were sells (There was a 1m at that price)

I don’t think there is much over hang left tbh
Many will keep the 5-10% for the free ride after profiting from the placing price

A chunk went to the BOD

Others went into sticky hands (BigMJ for one)
Others will hold a % for the inevitable run up to spud

Those relying on the overhang to keep the price down May get left sitting on the sidelines !!!!

DT - Look at the last trade on the London stock exchange list for Friday.. they don’t show the delayed trades (3.5m was the last reported trade from Friday which isn’t shown) same for the previous day, there were 90-100m reported after 4.30

Advfn shows same volume also. 371 and 45

Total volume over 400m for the Thursday and Friday

Safe to say a vast marjory were placing shares getting flipped for an easy 5-7%

Majority of the placing shares already been flipped IMO. Look at the volume! Over 400m in 2 days. 360/40+

Management took a chunk and some would have gone into sticky hands

Most would have made an easy 5-7% overnight! Would possibly hold the free carry for a free run at the drill?

(4) Trafalgar are actually sticking with their end of the deal and it was in fact schroders dumping their 60-70m shares into the market over the previous few days. Run the numbers and they add up.

They were selling down at these levels (CERP equivalent) price and lower so no reason why they wouldn’t use the liquidity to offload everything

Starchild.. I would be more inclined to think that the heavy selling this week was Schroders offloading their entire stack. They wouldn't have required a TR1

They would have been holding 60-70m shares post merger

With my 8.5m shares

Razor.. MC was 95% water cut so likely around 20-50BOPD

Mistyped that: they will get a cash settlement for the remaining balance should the merger go ahead in August

Bully - Lind received 10m shares for the June repayment.

They will likely receive a similar amount for the July payment which is due in around 7 days

The repayments haven’t stopped whilst the merger is ongoing. The shares they will receive in BPC will then clear the remaining arrears from the loan facility
