Very good update this morning. Having watched the Video and read through the presentation
Risk free drill coming up - Saffron 2 is great news and backs up Leo's enthusiasm in the area

We havent had a TR1 update from Schroders for 10 weeks and with the recent addition on the new shares in issue they would have only needed to sell 3-4m to pass through the next threshold so fingers crossed they have stopped selling and this RNS will make them more comfortable with their holding here

Onwards and upwards from here. Even the "Fans" must admit that RNS was pretty good :)

I don’t think share investing is for you. After reading all of your recent posts you then say that you haven’t sold a single share? You are either pretty dumb or you are trying to get yourself a lower entry point after selling. Pretty sure we know which is it :)

Could you give some more info on this section from the rns - “ The Company is targeting three (3) horizons for testing. The horizons lie between: (i) 4236 feet and 4244 feet; (ii) 3937 feet and 3947 feet; and (iii) 3760 feet and 3768 feet, respectively.”

With only ~10 feet between each it was this that threw me, along with a few other words which I am hoping are just part of an under promise, over deliver plan !

They had 108m and were down to 101m from the last tr1

The increase of 1.75m shares is the total shares in issue, they went to a contractor as per Rns

They sold ~6.25m between the two TR1’s ??

How are you arriving at your conclusion?

Threshold was crossed on Thursday . Thursday/Friday there were a large volume of sells so likely not too many more to go for the next TR1

The fear of schroders offloading further , contractors issued shares which they always sell and the time frame given by Leo after the drill update made us a prime target for a short ??? The buying Friday afternoon didn’t look like normal PI purchases either !!

Was the saffron drill not about proof on concept ?

It would be a difficult sell based on current public info?

When we know more, that’s when the PR will motor up to try and sort the Schroders situation out - Providing it’s good news that is !!!!

Bamps - non exec director? Many CEO’s take on these positions. They are vary hands off. I think Leo might have a similar role somewhere ?

Mossma - there’s not a lot of info available on saffron as of yet. Not really sure what you expect the ceo to come out and say.

The sell off over the last 2 days - wouldn’t be surprised if that was a shorting attack. A Given timescale To work with along with the fear of a mass Schroder selling spree give the perfect conditions for it. A lot of the large buys Friday afternoon were rounded numbers; PI’s generally don’t buy like this. Let’s see - A TR1 would be due Monday if it was Schroders offloading again
