I'm in and holding because the mcap is low given the profit before exceptional items - even after the share issue.
On that basis I think a correction upwards is likely.

Regarding the trading date (from the latest RNS):

Application will also be made to London Stock Exchange plc for the Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares and the Open Offer Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 16 July 2019 (being the business day following the General Meeting).

Nice and profitable, debt sorted, will be moving up.

Will recover nicely over the coming weeks IMO and there's the bonus of the open offer profits for anyone who was holding overnight.
