Brett, you will - of course - have noted the latest RNS from IBAI.

As Chairman of the company, you have a responsibility to shareholders. I have been "with" the company since the days of Flying Flowers.

Two years ago, I emailed Trevor Brown - worried about the direction the company was heading - and he said that I should "judge me in two years".

Well, the SP has dived from 5pps to 0.5 pps - which is quite damning. And I note that the CEO takes a salary of £100k per year. This year, that will be 10% of the company's MCAP.

The latest RNS flies in the face of all the previous ones about the future of IBAI - and indeed the CEO seems to have protected himself & family by selling shares to another of his companies. IBAI is now almost a shell company.

What steps are you taking to protect shareholders?

Re-reading this RNS - a thought ...

If the P1 results ARE - as expected - fabulous, surely, we have a pre-packed (oven ready!!) bundle to sell?

P1, two orphan drug designations, two rare pediatric disease designations, and an FDA Fast Track designation -- "COULD" be worth ... more than the current MCAP?

" well, since you uttered the term weeks ago - and we have indeed not received any "food" (i.e. good news to bump the sp) and we have no effective head (brain) in charge - we are therefore dying! Understand the simile totally - but your explanation does not help!

FYI:

Companies are charged per announcement on a pay-as-you-go basis, not by the time of day it’s released.

The official RNS pricing and policy guidelines talk about licence and data fees, announcement categories, etc., and do not mention any higher charge for scheduling an announcement at 07:00 versus any other time.

So an RNS at 07:00 does not cost more than one at, say, 11:23, as far as the Exchange is concerned.

The only caveat: if you’re using a third-party PR / IR firm or another "Primary Information Provider" instead of going direct, they might have their own surcharges for “out of hours” or specific-time scheduling – that would depend on their commercial terms, not on RNS.

Can you imagine a cogent, positive RNS from IB which adds substance ... you know ... figures... what the industry is worth ... not just blather.

Can you imagine an IB RNS where the CEO exudes positivity with data that makes investors feel safe & secure... and excited ... rather than ... meh.

What is IB really worth? What can we achieve?

I get more information from fellow investors AFTER and RNS than ever have from one!

C'mon IB, do better. Or this share will always remain sub 1p ...
