I agree the dividend is excellent, but it loses it's worth if the value of your holding constantly goes down, I'm down nearly 20%.
I wish I put my money anywhere else at the mo.
I'm sure it will come good in the long term though.
Don't need it for another 15 years.
This is all historical news, in fact their holding has reduced from 219m on 14th Jan to 209m as at 5th Feb

A 5p drop is nearly 15% so quite significant, my paper loss is 10's of thousands, so it's understandable to get the hump with that. I've been patient for a few years, it's just frustrating sometimes when other shares enjoy huge rises in very short time frames.
Cheers guys, I'm not selling a single share.
It was very tempting to want to take a large chunk out of GGP last week and put it in ARB,could have made last years growth in 2 days, but I would have been a nervous wreck, in hindsight it would have been a 200% profit. But didn't know that at the time obviously.
Can anyone explain why, when nothing has changed news wise, we've dropped so much last week from an all time high. I'm sure it will go past 38p soon but it's annoying to see. Especially when the likes of Argo Blockchain has surged to way past £1 in a week. Our SP will take ages to hit a £1.
Why don't we get massive rises like that when you consider GGP is a much better established company?
