Anis they've got until the end of September to release the June 2021 interims. Last year they were published on 15 September so I would expect a similar date. A trading update before then would be welcome.

jk thanks for info. I got some earlier in the week @7.6. I used to live not far from one of the restaurants. They have a quality look about them the sort of place most families would happily take their kids. I must admit I always go for an independent so I never ate there. I will change that next week and may buy some more shares if I like what I eat. A colleague of mine ate the london bridge branchduring the eat out to help out scheme, she said the only place in the area with vacancy but she rated the food highly. So much room for expansion considering the number of outlets other chains have on the books.

actually it says the french website was completed post year end (after 2020). So have historical french sales been via their partnership with Olivier Desforges?

Dubman I went back to the accounts last night. 2020 france sales were about a quarter of uk (5m vs 20) so I think the analytics are probably accurate

Very encouraging. Need to see some figures here. What's our cut for distributing and the number of expected sales.

Does anyone know when comp started delivery service, was it since covid took hold or earlier? I can't see anything in the accounts that breaks down the 2019 revenue by restaurant / delivery

D-G. That was my misunderstanding. I thought Eve had wound up all Europeam operations some time ago and are once again beginning to explore Europe via France. The website analytics you used could be a good barometer of the success of the ad campaign in France considering website hits are at such a low base in France during April.

No they will still need interim and annual reports, not sure about the timings you would have to check the handbook. I think they may get a bit more breathing space.

Hey Toli. Reporting requirements are set out in aim rules 17, 18. Half yearly report must be released within 3m, annual report must be released within 6m. So the co has until end of June to release the annual report for 2020.

Good point Bbb. I dont think rule 17/ schedule 5 sheds any light on whether the new director would need to report a purchase prior to date of official appointment. The rules dont deal with the situation. I would suspect he would still be bound.

Well we haven't had notification that the 2m buy last week was the chairman dipping his toe in.
