“All notice periods for shareholders' meetings must be notice periods of 'clear' days. This means that the notice period must exclude the day on which notice is sent as well as the day on which the meeting is to be held.“

I’m not really the sharpest knife in the drawer But here’s my take on it. The bod put the Company under an fsp after being pestered for it by someone. After several offers they got one they liked and pulled the fsp to dot the is and cross the tees. Is that about It or am I miles out?

Looks as though someone is having trouble buying. Buying in 25,000 and 20,000 blocks.

Just by way of a quick example. An “executive” block of flats, In a Northern city, had underground parking allocated parking bays. Several residents wanted ev chargepoints for their electric cars. First problem you face is that the Supplies flats were designed With the standard design engineers loading assessments. The extra additional loading wasn’t foreseen 20 years ago. However, a dedicated supply is always an option into a separate Industrial fuse unit. Thats good for 300 amps per phase. However, will the low voltage network stand that additional load. Below is an excerpt from westernpowers ev initiative. The “intervention” Quoted will be mind numbing. A logistical nightmare. Trickle charge at 10 amps overnight is the best way.

I can’t provide factual proof in writing, however, having been in that job of network reinforcement for 46 years I can say my thoughts are fairly accurate. Some areas of Cities are incapable of providing reliable backfeeds under fault conditions whilst being worked on. Coming home at night to no supply at those times would certainly limit your range. A rise in ev numbers without the support infrastructure will limit your options as you queue for a charge. Charging points at a nearby shopping centre used to have the odd car there. Now they are mostly full and with people waiting. EV is great if you just need to travel up to 150 miles on a round trip but range anxiety and long charge times away from home after that are a pain. A simple test of a clip on ammeter around one phase of a substation leg in some Cities would make your eyes water. In some cases they are at or near the fuse rating.

I’ve posted this before. The LOW VOLTAGE network will not stand the additional load of multiple ev chargers. The network capability is almost on the edge just dealing with the normal cyclic Loading. Installing larger cross sectional area cables, which has been ongoing for the last 10 years or so, does not compensate for lack of transforming capability in city centres. Where do you build more substations in city centres? Who will sell you the land when they can build profitable property? The poor wayleave officers trying to negotiate this will be suicidal. Charging at home at off peak is the best way but limits travel capability. Hydrogen is the best way forwards.
