George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
I’m hoping Mr Swanns 68 million shares has helped him “suggest” who we put in as directors. He has 68 million reasons to get it correct. The good news is he has a definite vested interest in getting it right. The main thing for me is having Callum in to drive it forwards.
Aditya was non exec at aiq. Duncan stepped down and went onto “other things”.
Now they both seem set to be back together at Chill if all Swanns needs and want get voted for. So, 2 old colleagues back together by the invitation of Swann. Looks like a thickening plot to me.
Change
AIQ Limited (LSE: AIQ) announces that, with immediate effect, Graham Duncan is stepping down from the Board of AIQ to pursue other interests and Aditya Chathli, who has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since January 2018, has assumed the role of Chairman. The Company also announces the appointment of Dwight Mighty as a Non-Executive Director, also with immediate effect.
Two old colleagues will be back together. The plot thickens.
RKB, excellent posts. Callum gets my support and I have to say he gets the support of everyone I have spoken to that owns Chill shares. The quicker we get the GM the better. Let’s get the vote out of the way, see Callum back to work and carrying on with building the company.
I’m guessing the half million around the mid is a buy as the 25,000 after it is mine. Definitely a buy so I can have more voting power.
Buysellfredmcfc, you’re correct. Any large purchases by any of the instigators of this action would warrant a thorough investigation. I wish it had been suspended pending the outcome of the investigation as it removes all the doubts.
Turnthecorner. Same thoughts as you. Out with the 2 Americans, but only if Callum stays. He’s played a blinder so far and I can’t see why he shouldn’t continue.
I have absolute faith in Callum Sommerton and am shocked by the goings on today. Last week to be honest I’m not so shocked about as I saw that as Mr Swann wanting to reduced costs. Not nice to be on the end of it, but legitimate in his eyes to save cash. But Callum? No.
If I was a little more cynical I may think that all this upset was preamble heading towards a takeover. Just me thinking out loud. Callum’s dragged us up from the depths and now the mud slinging has started. It should have been suspended from trading at 8 a.m until the investigation is completed.
Well. I’m stunned.I for one would not believe that Callum would do anything that could be construed as illegal. Firstly the GM and now this?
Still running the pumps.

Payday. 40,000 added. There does seem to be good buying in general today.
Swann threw a lifeline to Chill and clearly wants a lean well run machine. All will become clear once the dust settles. Callum now needs to move quickly or the markets will see it as a way to drop us into the abyss as they do with anything that has uncertainties hanging over them.
I suppose if the sp drops Swann could buy as many as possible and try to tip his changes that way. There’s no sentiment where money is involved.
Callum tweeting on the 1st of March that we were in the European wholesale market.

Max19, totally agree. I’m a bit disgruntled because I don’t get paid until tomorrow so I missed the 2.90 buy in, (I’ll still buy anyway) however, I’ve always thought that if the USA sales are good it wouldn’t surprise me to see 20p by December 2024. 🤷🏻♂️
